Boma Buffet Restuarant at Animal Kingdom Lodge [4/18/07]

SOOO DELICIOUS!!!!

On the J Bus to Animal Kingdom Lodge for Boma. Me and Cynthay building a bridge with our legs haha. The bus driver must be wondering why these asians are so weird ^_^

The Chef's special treat made especially for us, because Althea knows and works with him. YAY, lucky us!!! I may not like shrimps, but this dish sure was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!!!! it was fried shrimp and mushrooms, in case you're wondering what this is

We were just sooooo amazed and felt so special when the Chef brought this dish himself to our table. Everyone in the restaurant turned our way and looked at the dish (and us, of course! haha)
LOOK AT ALL THE DESERTS!!!! and no, i didn't get any of this or eat any of this. This was Cynthay's plate, haha

ANOTHER CHEF's SPECIAL TREAT! He surprised us yet again with this desert. Seriously, it is one of the best deserts i've ever tasted in my entire life. This was tofu skin wrapped in melted Oreo cookies inside, covered with melted chocolate fudge on the outside. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL!!!! ^_^

Waiting at the bus stop for our bus cuz we missed our bus...saw it roll away right in front of us... XP, but we were still very happy cuz the meal was so delicious!

This is dedicated to my mom, who loves the Thousand Arms Buddha!! hahaha ^_^ We're so pretty!!! (we had 30 minutes to spare since missing the bus, so we tried everything to keep ourselves entertained, haha!... as you can tell...)

Hi Hi... apologize for......3 months of nonactivity... i know, i know... but still as always, busy as a bee!!! ^_^

"My Homemade Scallion pancakes and Sharon's homemade sweet red-bean desert"

I made my own scallion pancakes from scratch!!! Bought flour, then washed the scallions, then cut the scallions, and then added the oil into the pot, the fried it. It was such a big accomplishment, and it was my first time making it too! I'm so proud of myself! and to your amazement, it tasted "not bad" at all! hahaha!

(sorry, i was too anxious to try it and so i just had to take a bite out of it, haha, hence the missing piece to the left XP)(Sharon loving my pancakes! [She's from Malaysia! how cool is that? my only Malaysia friend from here, haha] Sharon's sweet red-bean desert. She is AWESOME at making asian deserts, I love them! (but this one was REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY (X22) sweet, haha)
Our entire meal! What a teamwork, I made the pancakes while Sharon and I chatted about famous Chinese singers that we both love, and she made the sweet red-bean desert. Such a wonderful and delicious meal!!!

[P, from left to Right, with their English and then Thai name = VERY LONG! haha, just wanted to show you guys, haha: Sara "Papasarra Kanchoonansoonthorn", Ploy "Hatai K(?- too long, I forgot...), Timmy "Aihjit (last name don't know...), June "Preeyanut Jun-Umroong" (She's the cutest and youngest one out of them all!! My favorite! ^_^), Rung "Thepsuda Tanavutiporn". Of course, it took me 2 months to learn their names, not to mention spelling them, haha) ALL SOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE and Nice!!!! definitely people you don't meet everyday, even in years..., in New York, haha)
